After a Ballot from the Unite the Union members they plan to continue with some of the planned Strikes.

Metroline and Stagecoach have chosen to continue there plan for strikes on the 10th, 11th, 13th, 18th, 23rd and 24th after a new deal from these firms were overwhelmingly rejected by the members of the Unite the Union organisation,
The 50, X34, 33 and 32 which all go through Salford may be affected by strikes among others.
Unite Regional Officer Colin Hayden says, “unless new offers acceptable to our members are brought to the table more disruptive strike action will go ahead."
It’s clear that Unite currently have no plans on stopping the strike action until their demands are met.

Unite have stopped strikes for buses ran by First Bus which will see drivers get incremental pay increases over the next few months, eventually leading to twenty percent increase.
Unite general secretary Sharon Graham said:
"This is an exceptional pay deal, which was only won by workers standing firmly together in the face of their very profitable employer.”
The planned strikes will no doubt disrupt major commuting routes such as University of Salford students getting to and from Media City Campus.
It will also disrupt events such as Concerts in the surround areas affected by the strikes.
Passengers are advised to allow for extra time for their journeys and can get regular updates at: https://tfgm.com/bus-industrial-action.
