Pitch Perfect star Rebel Wilson announces birth of baby girl via surrogate

The Australian actress, 42, posted a photo of her baby girl, Royce Lillian on Instagram today to celebrate her birth.

The actress captioned the post saying: " I can't even describe the love I have for her, she is a beautiful miracle!"

"I am forever grateful to everyone who has been involved... but particularly wanted to thank my gorgeous surrogate who carried her and birthed her with such grace and care."

The actress best known for her portrayal of 'Fat Amy' in the Pitch Perfect franchise revealed that she had frozen eggs back in 2019.

Wilson revealed back in June that she was in a relationship with Ramona Agruma, a fashion and jewellery designer.

The couple met through a mutual friend after Wilson had spent some time on the dating app Raya before finally meeting her partner.

Speaking about her relationship she wrote earlier this year on Instagram saying: "I thought I was searching for a Disney Prince... but maybe what I really needed all this time was a Disney Princess."

The actress seems delighted with the birth of her baby girl describing her as "the BEST gift!" She also gave a shout out to "all the mums out there! Proud to be in your club!"

Fellow Pitch Perfect co-star Brittany Snow commented on the post saying: "Aunt Britt is soooo excited to meet the newest Bella. I love you SO much Rebs".
