Travel disruption expected as Filming takes place on Salford Quays
Bee Network has warned that some buses that serve The Quays Bus Stop will be disrupted on Thursday 6th November due to filming. Passengers have been told that the 53 ans 79 will not serve the Quays and will instead divert via Trafford Road. The 29 and 50 will run as normal. Transport for Greater Manchester added in a statement that “Services 29 and 50 will turn at the Lowry Centre roundabout,” adding “Drivers are requested to observe stops along the diversion route.” AREA O

Delays and Cancellations at Newton-Le-Willows station after emergency services attend major incident on the tracks
Train services have been delayed and cancelled at Newton-Le-Willows Station this afternoon, after a male was involved in a major incident on the tracks. Emergency services including: A police helicopter, ambulance, fire services, police officers and a network rail response team attended the scene.
